Read the live self-serve plans available to the authenticated workspace. No paid subscription is required. The response has the same shape as [List Plans](/api-reference/account/get-plans), including prices, billing intervals, features, included credits, seat limits and free API capabilities.

Use this catalog before requesting checkout: a workspace can have a different price list from the public site. Explain the exact price, recurring interval and quantity and obtain the customer's approval. If checkout reports `PRICE_LIST_CHANGED`, reload this catalog and get approval of the new terms. Do not silently substitute a price.

Responses are private and are not cached. API keys and OAuth credentials retain the workspace's existing access controls. `GET /v1/usage` supplies the actual remaining balance; plan allowances describe what the plan includes.
