query record_typestringdefault: property

property or person.

query lifecyclestringdefault: active

active, opportunity, or archived.

query sourcestring

How the prospect was added. Use driving for Prospects added during recorded drives.

query source_groupstring

d4d or map, how the Prospects page groups where a prospect came from. d4d was added while driving (source driving); map was added any other way.

query added_bystring

User IDs separated by commas, e.g. 7,12. Matches added_by.user_id.

query added_afterstring

Only prospects added at or after this time. An ISO 8601 date (2026-10-01, read as midnight UTC) or date-time.

query added_beforestring

Only prospects added before this time (exclusive). Same formats as added_after. When both are set, added_after must be earlier than added_before.

query statusstring

Statuses separated by commas: hot, warm, cold, follow_up, do_not_contact. Use none for prospects without a status.

query favorites_onlyboolean

Only starred prospects.

query list_idstring

Only members of this list.

query tag_idstring

Only prospects with this tag, e.g. tag_31.

query searchstring

Address words for properties; name or city words for people.

query sortstringdefault: newest

newest or oldest by when they were added.

query pageintegerdefault: 1

Page number.

query per_pageintegerdefault: 25

Up to 100.

To list property Prospects added during drives:

To list Prospects added while driving since October 1, 2026 (UTC):

An invalid value for any of these filters answers 400. An added_after that is not earlier than added_before answers 400 validation_error with the message added_after must be earlier than added_before.
